Return Policy

We will gladly refund your money for any reason when you contact us within 7 days of the purchase date, and the return is received by us within 10 days of purchase date. You can exchange any merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date, unless otherwise stated. All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and bearing all tags and protective packaging. Compensation will be given only after the returned item is received.

How To Exchange Items

To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please follow these steps:

• Call or email to notify us before you send anything back. Please include your name, order number, and the product number you wish to return,
• Complete the Returns Form that was shipped with your order, select whether you would like store credit, refund, or to exchange for a specific item, and mark clearly what item (with product number) you are exchanging for.
• Properly pack and prepare item for shipping. Be sure to use recycled shipping material (i.e. packaging it was originally shipped in) whenever possible.
• Use the address printed on the receipt shipped with your order (cut out and tape to front of box).
• Insure the package when sending it back to us.
